This blazer from Zara has the designer look
Blazers are like a good pizza margherita: they always go. No matter what fit or what time of year, they have the superpower to upgrade any of our outfits. The joy was accordingly great when we found our latest fashion find at zara made: the perfect one cropped blazer for the coming warm months. The very best part? He looks like our favorite designer brand, but doesn’t even cost 50 euros.
This cropped blazer looks like Jacquemus – and it’s available at Zara
Summer is fast approaching, which means finally trading your favorite oversized blazers for a cropped version of the consequent it-piece. We totally approve of this decision, especially since we just found the perfect cropped blazer at Zara for less than 50 euros! And as if that weren’t enough, it’s also the perfect dupe for a Jacquemus blouse that has been at the top of our Spring/Summer 2021 collection since it debuted Wishlist stands. Unfortunately, some of you, like us, have thought back and forth for too long, so that the designer piece is no longer available for purchase. EVEN better that Zara is currently providing us with an alternative option as a blazer!

What do we particularly like about the Zara alternative? The delicate, summery dusky pink colourway, the shoulder pads that create the perfect, angular silhouette and, of course, the elegant underwire under the bust. The frayed lapel collar and the lacing, which elegantly wraps around the upper body, give the Zara piece the final jacquemus touch. When it comes to styling, don’t worry, the blazer speaks for itself! Simply combine it with your favorite wide-leg jeans and sneakers for a relaxed look, or, if you like it a little more elegant, with suit trousers and heels.
Why we love both designer pieces and their dupes
It-pieces and their possible combinations live rent free in our minds, which our accounts often don’t like very much. Don’t get us wrong, we love designer investments and the special feeling they make us feel when we wear them. But sometimes a good dupe is allowed – and Zara (we think) is a master at creating affordable alternatives. It is not without reason that we keep telling you what treasures the brand has on offer that will allow you to achieve a maximum fashion experience with minimal financial outlay. So just weigh up individually which original pieces you definitely want to save on. Let off steam, after all: it’s all in the mix!
