The result: our mental health is affected because we are never really with ourselves and switch off.

If you don’t charge the battery of your cell phone regularly, it will eventually give up the ghost.

Relaxation looks different for everyone. While some prefer to be kneaded on a massage table, others can switch off while baking or doing sports. There isn’t one formula that works for everyone.
