The fine jewelery label Vieri has set itself the task of working to change something in the industry beyond the sale of its own products. For example, the “Vieri WoMen” project was created in 2022, for which founder Guya Merkle invited four activists to her “Pasta & Jewels” format. In her kitchen, she spoke to activists Kristina Lunz, Düzen Tekkal, Hila Limar and Micha Fritz about personal stories, sustainability, passions and jewellery. At the end of each 20-minute episode of the format, the activists designed a one-of-a-kind ring together with Guya. From February 8th to March 8th, 2023, the rings could be bought at auction on the website, the entire proceeds of which go to the respective organization of the activists and thus support the work taking place there. With her holistic approach, Guya Merkel creates a community of like-minded people who support projects and empower women beyond Women’s Day.

Studio Lietz is not just a label for beautiful yoga equipment, but also reflects the very personal story of Mandana Bahrampour, the founder of the brand. Instead of pursuing her legal career, she founded Studio Lietz in a cloak and dagger operation in a few months – and all by herself! This makes her not only one of the few individual founders in Germany, but also the best example of a courageous woman and successful entrepreneur who is pursuing her dreams. For International Women’s Day, Studio Lietz is donating 15 percent of sales from March 8th to the Hàwar organization, which supports the freedom movement for human and women’s rights in Iran.
Here you can shop the products of Studio Lietz.
